Your Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain IT systems and networks: ensure GMP compliance and continuous optimization
2. Provide 1st and 2nd level support: assist users and GMP systems, manage onboarding and offboarding processes
3. Perform qualifications and support validation of computerized systems
4. Ensure GMP-compliant and comprehensive documentation
5. Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal departments and external service providers
6. Train and support employees in IT security policies and ongoing assistance
Your Qualifications
1. Education: Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
2. Experience: Experience in a GMP-regulated environment, especially in pharmaceutical production
3. Skills: Knowledge of Computerized System Validation (CSV) and ITIL service processes; familiarity with eDMS, SAP, and other GMP systems is advantageous
4. Abilities: Analytical skills, problem-solving, a flair for documentation, and independent working style
5. Soft Skills: Teamwork, strong communication skills, and high initiative
6. Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
7. Willingness to travel: within the Rommelag group (Switzerland and Germany, approx. 10%)
