Your Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT systems and networks: ensure GMP compliance and continuous optimization
Provide 1st and 2nd level support: assist users and GMP systems, manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Perform qualifications and support validation of computerized systems
Ensure GMP-compliant and comprehensive documentation
Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal departments and external service providers
Train and support employees in IT security policies and ongoing assistance
Your Qualifications
Education: Completed training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
Experience: Experience in a GMP-regulated environment, especially in pharmaceutical production
Skills: Knowledge of Computerized System Validation (CSV) and ITIL service processes; familiarity with eDMS, SAP, and other GMP systems is advantageous
Abilities: Analytical skills, problem-solving, a flair for documentation, and independent working style
Soft Skills: Teamwork, strong communication skills, and high initiative
Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
Willingness to travel: within the Rommelag group (Switzerland and Germany, approx. 10%)
