Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Design & Communications Lead based in Belp, Switzerland, with opportunities to work remotely part of the time. The Design & Communications Lead will oversee all aspects of content creation, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and messaging. Responsibilities include developing strategic communication plans, managing digital and print design projects, coordinating campaigns, creating compelling visual and written content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will also require maintaining brand consistency while innovating creative ways to engage diverse audiences.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in graphic design and multimedia content creation
* Expertise in strategic communication planning and campaign development
* Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German, with fluency in English, French is a plus
* Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content distribution
* Background in non-profit communication or international development is preferred
* Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across diverse teams
* Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with video editing tools
* Bachelor's
