Overview Head of Human Resources bei IIC-INTERSPORT International Corporation GmbH
PURPOSE
The primary objective of this role is to enhance the INTERSPORT brand’s position as a global leader in local sports. This involves supporting the Sr Marketing Manager PLB in creating and implementing a comprehensive global omni-channel marketing strategy for the assigned Private Label Brands. Additionally, the role supports the Sr Marketing Lead PLB & Mountain Sports in developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies specifically for the Outdoor & Winter Sports categories.
The Junior Marketing Manager plays a key supporting role in linking global marketing strategies with regional implementation across the INTERSPORT Group. As a facilitator, this role promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing between regional teams and supports the consistent implementation of global plans at the local level.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
Overall
Supports the development of the global INTERSPORT brand.
Supports the team in content creation and distribution to all relevant stakeholders and partners.
Category Marketing Mountain Sports
Supports the Category Marketing Strategy through the creation of sell-in guidance to ensure the best impact and consideration of key category stories at future launch dates.
Supports sample organizing, administrative tasks, content distribution, and communication with all relevant stakeholders and partners for Mountain Sports-specific INTERSPORT moments.
Private Label Brands
Assists in the development and implementation of the PLB marketing strategy.
Supports budget planning, tracking, and management to ensure financial resources are used effectively.
Assists in the creation and execution of various marketing deliverables.
Responsible for maintaining the social media channel through regular updates and consistent activities to ensure smooth operation in exchange and consultation with the Sr Marketing Manager PLB.
COLLABORATION
Drives an open and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders, and makes sure that the marketing counterparts on N/O level are aware of the activations and campaigns.
Cooperates closely with the national marketing teams, knows their market needs and requirements, and drives the implementation of international category-specific marketing programs into the organization.
