We are currently supporting a leading telecom organization in Switzerland with a requirement for a Back Office Support professional to support operational and administrative activities within a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Coordinate facility management and order processing
* Review invoices from freelance employees
* Organize internal tours, events, and travel bookings
* Review and process employee expense reports
* Support daily administrative and operational activities
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar back office or administrative support role
* Experience with invoice and expense management
* Knowledge of Ariba is a plus
* Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
* Independent and reliable working style
* Very good German and English skills required
