Your tasks
* Perform technical inspections and measurements of engine assemblies, modules and parts (PW1100G-JM) on schedule, ensuring required quality.
* Create and process repair orders for assemblies and individual parts, including requested engine modifications.
* Control and document executed modifications and configurations on parts and assemblies, following all regulations.
* Execute assigned work on time with independent self-checks and proper documentation of all activities.
* Apply Lean Six Sigma methods (Lean events, 5S, root cause analysis) and perform internal audits, including 5S, and follow up on actions.
* Continuously improve processes with a focus on quality, safety and on-time delivery.
* Handle tools, equipment and resources in an environmentally conscious and responsible way.
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training in a technical/metal field (polymechanic, machine mechanic or equivalent).
* Ideally 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Aviation MRO industry.
* Ideally holding EASA Part 145 authorisation to certify engines.
* Ability to work independently, precisely and responsibly, with strong safety and quality awareness.
* Open-minded team player with good communication skills.
* Willingness to work in two shifts and occasionally on weekends.
* Good knowledge of English medium; German is an advantage and experience with MS Office and SAP.
