To strengthen our team in the Canton of Geneva, we are looking for a: Facility Services Manager As a Facility Services Manager, you are the link between clients, teams, and management. You ensure the quality of services, supervise your teams, monitor the sites, and contribute to the development of the company. Your main responsibilities include: - Ensuring site monitoring and supervision of cleaning services. - Assisting new clients during the start-up phase: setting up personnel and ensuring quality follow-up. - Conducting regular quality checks and guaranteeing compliance with established standards. - Training and supporting staff on the ground: work techniques, instructions, changes in schedules or contracts. - Participating in the recruitment of personnel in collaboration with the HR department and ensuring adherence to internal rules: working hours, wearing professional attire, and compliance with company instructions. - Supervising logistics in the sector: schedules, orders, products, and equipment compliance. - Maintaining a relationship of trust with clients, collecting their feedback, and proposing additional services or work. - Reporting any anomalies or incidents that could affect service quality or safety. Your profile: - Proven experience in managing teams in the cleaning, maintenance, or facility management field. - Strong sense of autonomy and rigor in follow-up. - Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. - Ability to manage priorities and adapt to unforeseen circumstances. - Driving license and level of French (oral and written), any other language is a plus.
