Your Main Responsibilities
* Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.
* Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services.
* Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.
* Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls.
* Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success.
* Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
* Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines.
* Provide operational feedback and escale cases when needed.
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation
* Salary: Up to €1,300 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year).
* Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad).
Accommodation Option
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months.
Rent: €280/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip).
Working Conditions
* 40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break.
* 22 vacation days per year.
* If you work on a Portuguese public holiday, you receive a compensation day.
