For one of our clients, a multinational based in canton de Vaud, we are looking for a: Responsibilities
1. Analyze revenue streams and margins to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Provide detailed revenue and margin reports to senior management.
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
4. Develop insights from financial data to support business decisions.
5. Monitor budget variances, particularly related to revenue and margins, and report on financial performance.
6. Conduct financial modeling and drive actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
7. Collaborate closely with business units to gather financial information and understand business drivers.
8. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall financial performance.
Qualifications
9. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
10. Pursuing or holding certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage but not mandatory.
11. 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role in a multinational environment (preferably manufacturing)
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
13. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
14. Strong analytical skills, ability to deal with large amount of data
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Attention to detail and accuracy.
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
