Your Tasks :
* Strategically driving total profitable revenue and market share growth with assigned existing (focus pharma segment) and new account portfolio (multisegment) in Zürich for our global hotel portfolio
* Creating a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity
* Researching, identifying and establishing new business sales contacts, developing relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients
* Preparing a strategic account plan for each key- and prospect account
* Identifying new prospect accounts by constant market analysis
* Pro-actively working together in global account teams
* Producing reports and use corresponding systems for analyzing data and preparing action plans
* Reporting to the Country Director of Sales
Your Skills and Experiences :
* Bachelor degree in hospitality or tourism
* At least 3 – 4 years’ experience in sales within the hotel industry
* Experience in contracting and negotiating
* Knowledge in Yield and Revenue Management
* Ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts and close deals
* Fluent in German and English
* Energizing and friendly personality
* Fluent in MS Office
