Customer Business Solutions Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Business Solutions Specialist. As part of our global team, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through effective marketing strategies, solution design, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Support:
* Raise awareness and understanding of Business Solutions among sales forces.
* Present Business Solutions to clients globally.
* Customize demonstrations based on client needs.
* Train clients on Business Solutions tools.
1. Solution Design and Implementation:
* Analyze client needs and draft requirements.
* Support business tenders and ensure successful deployment of client Business Solutions.
1. Implementation and Training:
* Write operational processes and obtain CBS network approval.
* Specify requirements and system evolution needs.
* Define EDI requirements.
* Provide Level 1 support and train clients.
* Define KPIs, KOIs, and KFIs.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain client documentation within the CBS scope.
Requirements:
* Experience in logistics and freight.
* Background in IT.
* English proficiency is mandatory; German and French are advantageous.
