They determine clients' business needs, create customized and integrated solutions, leveraging the latest technological solutions.bHow you can make an impact /bliAs a Manager/Senior Manager in Finance Transformation for Insurance clients, you will: /liliSpearhead ERP/EPM-enabled finance transformation initiatives for insurance clients, including ERP/EPM assessment / Phase 0, also leveraging leading platforms to optimise finance processes and reporting /liliLead and deliver end-to-end finance transformation projects focused on the future of finance, including the design and implementation of Finance Strategy and Target Operating Models definition and implementation of performance steering models /liliDrive Day 1 readiness activities in post-merger integration context to ensure seamless finance operations and compliance from day one following mergers or acquisitions /liliCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams and technology partners to integrate advanced finance solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives /liliAdvise clients on finance strategy, process optimisation, and technology adoption to enhance decision-making, performance management, and value creation /liliDrive business development activities with the team /libWho we are looking for /bliYou hold a university degree in Finance, Actuarial, Business, IT, or related field /liliYou bring at least 7 years of experience in Insurance Finance, and have worked on in an internal role in finance, actuarial or risk teams in (re-)insurance company and/or have consulting experience in Finance Strategy definition, finance transformation, ideally with exposure to ERP/EPM-enabled finance projects, strategy design, Target Operating Model design and integration readiness in (re-)insurance industry /liliYou have a strong understanding of finance processes including accounting, controlling, consolidation, planning/FPA and reporting /liliYou possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills /liliYou are fluent in English (German is an advantage), with a willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally /liliExperience working with leading ERP and finance technology platforms is highly desirable /liliExperience in Financial Services (Insurance or Reinsurance context) and/or consulting experience gained within a Big Four firm or a leading consulting market player in (re-)insurance industry is desirable /libYour team /bOur Finance Transformation team at Deloitte helps clients navigate complex finance challenges and unlock new performance levels through innovative operating models and technology-enabled solutions.We combine deep industry knowledge with cutting-edge technology such as AI to transform finance functions globally.bCareers at Deloitte.
