Cost Controller & Event Coordinator

Responsibilities – Cost Controlling:
* Responsible for purchasing and cost controlling of hotel purchases. Find the best price for the best goods.
* Responsible for all inventories and annual inventories in the hotel.
* Oversee goods receipt and issue, control bookings and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
* Create cost analyses and target‑actual comparisons, identify savings opportunities and raise the operating result.
* Ensure operational stock is restocked daily.
Responsibilities – Event Coordinator:
* Work closely with our Event Manager.
* Plan, coordinate sales actions and events and delight our customers with perfect round‑the‑clock service.
* Provide operational support at events and banquets, e.g., as a service staff or at the Pass.
Language skills: German – Oral: Very good; Written: Very good. English – Oral: Very good; Written: Very good.
