Ihre Aufgaben
In dieser spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Führung des Quality Services and Project Compliance Teams mit 4-5 Mitarbeitenden. Sie übernehmen mit ihrem Team die Verantwortung für die Qualifizierung und Wartung der Prüfmittel in der Qualitätskontrolle, sowie die Validierung computerisierter Systeme und des SAP-basierten LIMS-Systems, wodurch Sie sicherstellen, dass alle Prozesse höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Digitalisierungsprojekte im Qualitätsumfeld zu aktiv leiten und somit die digitale Transformation unseres Standorts voranzutreiben. Darüber hinaus umfasst das Aufgabengebiet Ihres Teams auch die Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung analytischer Methoden.
Als OpEX-Koordinator evaluieren Sie kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Qualitätsumfeld und tragen so zur Effizienzsteigerung und Gestaltung von «Lean Processes» teil. Seien Sie Teil dieser spannenden Reise und bringen Sie Ihre Expertise ein
Ihre Qualifikation
* Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Berufsausbildung mit einer starken Affinität für IT
* Kommunikative und integrative Führungspersönlichkeit
* Fundiertes Wissen und Erfahrung bezüglich Software Applikationen im GxP-Umfeld sowie deren Qualifizierung von Vorteil
* Erwünscht sind zudem Erfahrungen mit SAP/LIMS sowie in der Validierung und Optimierung von Analysenmethoden
* Kundenorientiertes und kreatives Denken sowie das Talent, in komplexen Organisationen mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zu arbeiten
* Sie haben die Fähigkeit, Projekte strukturiert zu organisieren und weitgehend autonom zu betreuen
* Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
