To complete our cross‑unit LabX program organization we are looking for a Lead LabX Solution Product Manager 100% (all genders). /p pThis role is based in our global headquarters in Nänikon‑Greifensee (close to Zurich), Switzerland. /p pYou will own the LabX software product portfolio, driving product vision, strategy, and execution to maintain and grow METTLER TOLEDO's leadership in the laboratory software market. You will lead a team of epic owners / product managers, work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, and ensure delivery of valuable product increments aligned with customer needs and business objectives. /p pIn this role, your responsibilities include: /p ul liOwnership and management of the LabX product portfolio, ensuring clear differentiation and strong market positioning. /li liDefinition and drive of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market opportunities and business goals; thereby, focusing on the why, what, and when of long‑term planning and market alignment. /li liLeadership of product discovery, backlog prioritization, and oversight of value streams to maximize delivered customer value. Work in a value stream like the epic owners / product managers that are being led. /li liTough decisions and negotiations balancing investment between enhancing existing products and developing new features/products. /li liMarket research, customer feedback, and analytics to guide iterative product improvements and decision‑making. /li liLaunch of product increments to market together with the LabX Product Manager and LabX Marketing Manager. /li liPartnership with business leadership to secure resources and align product metrics with high‑level business goals. /li liLeadership in an international, cross‑functional environment, ensuring customer and stakeholder input shapes product decisions. /li /ul h3What You Need to Succeed /h3 pFollowing requirements are necessary for this role: /p ul liMaster's degree in engineering or natural sciences (preferably in Chemistry or Biotechnology), or related field. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in software product management in a larger organization, ideally within the laboratory software industry or similar B2B software environments. /li liA combination of structured thinker and visionary leader, full of passion for the product and its success in the market.
