Tasks & Challenges Independent management of a station in the restaurant and in the tea lounge
Coordinating and ensuring a smooth breakfast, lunch and evening service in our restaurant and tea lounge in compliance with the specified standards
Professional care of our guests at the highest level as well as personal, guest-oriented advice
Preparing the daily mise-en-place
Receiving and processing guest complaints
Preparation of non-alcoholic cold and hot drinks
Responsible for order and cleanliness in the back office
Qualifications & Competences Experience ofa comparable position in the luxury hotel industry.
Good communication skills to explain the Chenot-Methode
Very good spoken & written English, any other foreign language would be an advantage
Willingness to work early and late shifts as well as split-shifts
Positive charisma & host qualities: Service at the highest level is your passion
Structured and organised work & ability to work under pressure: You maintain an overview even in stressful situations
