Our client is a recognizable worldwide brand. Responsabilities : In this role, you will oversee all content requirements for the marketing team,. You will also lead your own photo and video production projects in alignment with the content team. Additionally, you will manage all brand social media channels, including planning, publishing, and community management, based on product launches and global marketing strategies. Your responsibilities include, without limited to, the following: CONTENT CREATION AND MANAGEMENT Keep a global overview of all content needed by the marketing team and be responsible for meeting deadlines, keeping within budget, and supporting with administrative tasks Define concepts, briefs and deliverables adapted to each channel together with the creative team and manage your own content projects from brief to vendor selection and delivrables DAM responsible, uploading material, maintaining the platform up to date, on-boarding newcomers and main point of contact for markets Be the main point of contact for the team and senior management ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT Develop a global organic social media plan across all social media platforms based on product launches and global marketing plans, and measure performance through KPIs and reports Create and coordinate social media concepts and engaging activations to develop the brand's presence on social media, with a focus on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and local platforms Define and post the monthly planning using the platform and align with other departments to ensure alignement Manage the daily community management Monitor trends and keep up to date with the latest platform changes Support local markets and retailers in all social media management Profile : Degree in Communication or Marketing Solid knowledge of social media platforms likeTikTok, Instagram and YouTube Strong content-driven profile, combining creativity and project management Ability to manage projects end-to-end (planning, coordination, budgets, deadlines) Hands-on, structured and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable working in cross-functional and global teams Excellent English and French, written and spoken
