Overview
The Executive Alliance is seeking an Executive Director who will lead and manage initiatives that support the empowerment, success, and efforts to increase the life expectancy of boys and men of color. The Executive Director for the Executive Alliance will report directly to the Schott Foundation President and CEO, and work closely with the EA Steering Committee.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage initiatives that support empowerment, success, and efforts to increase the life expectancy of boys and men of color.
* Oversee strategic grantmaking, partnership development, and program evaluation to support outcomes in education, health and wellness, and economic security for boys and men of color.
* Collaborate with the Schott Foundation President and CEO and the EA Steering Committee to advance the alliance's mission.
Qualifications
* Experience in program development and evaluation.
* Experience in fundraising and philanthropic engagement.
* Understanding of systemic issues impacting boys and men of color.
