We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Internal Audit Graduate Talent Program.
You'll get to
review our businesses, processes and products to understand how they work
evaluate risks that could arise and assess how they are managed
identify controls that are designed to address the risks and evaluate how effective they are
monitor issue resolution, risk profile and developments within a specific area and provide input into our audit planning
contribute to reports of audit findings for UBS senior management
Your team
You'll be working in Group Internal Audit, a team of more than 600 professionals working in 21 offices in 15 locations. We're responsible for assessing processes, governance, risk management and controls in all business divisions to identify where we need to better manage risk. You'll join a team responsible for audit coverage within your appointed team.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who
has completed their master's degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
has a degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
has an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment
has sharp analytical and problem solving skills
is an autonomous, structured and detail-oriented work style
has the ability to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
Start Date 1st September 2026
