Your Challenge
HR Systems Operations
1. Ensuring stable operation of the European HR system landscape
2. Hands-on support of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM (ECC, with future transition to S/4HANA), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and SAP Concur
3. Involvement in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support, including incident, problem, and change management
4. Ensuring smooth Employee Central, Time Management, and Payroll processes
Functional Ownership & Configuration
5. Functional responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors platform in Europe
6. Hands-on configuration in Employee Central and additional modules (e.g. Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
7. Close collaboration with HR business units and IT stakeholders
Integration, Change & Partner Management
8. Implementation of change requests from concept and configuration through testing to rollout
9. Support and coordination of integrations (e.g. via SAP CPI)
10. Steering and managing external AMS and implementation partners
Projects & Harmonization
11. Participation and (partial) project leadership in European and global HR IT projects
12. Active role in the global SuccessFactors rollout project
13. Further development and harmonization of the HR system landscape
Your Qualifications
14. At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, ideally configured from scratch
15. Very good knowledge of SAP HCM and solid understanding of HR processes, particularly year-end activities, time models, goal cycles, and payroll-related processes
16. Experience in operational system support, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support and ticketing systems
17. Experience working with external implementation and AMS partners is an advantage
18. Project experience in HR IT rollouts or module implementations is a strong plus
19. Very good English skills are mandatory; German skills are an advantage
20. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a structured, independent working style
