Marketing Automation Expert & Growth Architect
Atrinum Ventures is a Swiss venture fund building and scaling companies across multiple sectors. We're looking for someone who can build and run the full marketing engine across our portfolio — strategy, campaigns, and the automation infrastructure that ties it all together.
This isn't a pure strategy role and it isn't a pure execution role. It's both. You'll develop marketing plans that actually get executed, and implement the tooling that makes them run without constant manual effort.
Responsibilities
* Define and track KPIs: CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, channel ROI
* Identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities per company and build the plan to pursue them
* Campaign Execution:
o Manage and optimise paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) based on audience and objective
o Build and maintain content calendars and coordinate content production
o Build lead generation workflows — landing pages, lead magnets, follow‑up sequences
* Automation & Tooling:
o Set up and manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Brevo or equivalent)
o Build automated workflows in n8n or Make.com — triggered emails, lead routing, CRM updates, notifications
o Use AI tools to scale content production and personalisation at volume
o Integrate marketing tools with ClickUp for campaign tracking and team visibility
o Set up reporting dashboards so founders can see marketing performance clearly
Qualifications
Marketing
* Proven track record running B2B or SaaS campaigns with measurable results
* Strong email marketing experience — copy, sequencing, deliverability, optimisation
* Experience building go-to-market plans for early or growth‑stage companies
* Comfortable across multiple channels — email, LinkedIn, content, paid
* Sharp copywriter who adapts across different brands and audiences
Automation & Tools
* Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Klaviyo or similar
* Automated workflows built in n8n, Make.com or Zapier — custom flows, not just templates
* Comfortable integrating marketing tools with CRMs, ClickUp, and Slack via APIs or native connectors
* Active AI tool user — for content, research, personalisation, or automation
* Data‑literate — can set up tracking, interpret analytics, present insights to non‑marketers
Working Style
* Self‑directed — identifies what needs doing without waiting for a brief
* Experienced in startup or multi‑company environments
* Communicates clearly with founders and non‑marketing stakeholders
* Interested in equity alongside competitive cash compensation
