Your Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of site development, including support the commercial site manager in identifying suitable locations, planning, securing permits, and coordinating with construction teams until handover to operation :
* Handle all planning and application processes for charging infrastructure deployment in Switzerland, ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements
* Oversee grid connection activities, working closely with utility providers to ensure a reliable power supply for our charging stations
* Collaborate with civil engineering and central teams to ensure the proper foundation and infrastructure for our charging stations
* Manage every aspects of the relationship with our suppliers & subcontractors in order to ensure they deliver our projects in accordance with E.ON quality & standard, within agreed timeline and budget
* Monitor & maintain up to date project report (costs, budget, progress, times lines) and prepare periodical performance reviews
* Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date for reference and compliance purposes
* Coordinate the handover of completed sites to the operations team, ensuring a seamless transition
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Project Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 3 years professional experience of project management in the field of electromobility or infrastructure deployment
* Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes related to infrastructure development
* Strong understanding of AC and DC power, transformers, circuit protection, single-line electrical and mechanical diagrams, and construction drawings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proficiency in project management tools and software
* Flexibility to travel for site visits and partner discussions (driver's license required)
* Fluent in German and English, French and / or Italian is a plus
