Main goal
The Marketing Promotions intern will support the planning and execution of key marketing campaigns across UEFA competitions and strategic programmes. The role provides hands‑on experience across campaign development, digital fan engagement, content production and stakeholder coordination. The intern will gain exposure to how UEFA delivers large-scale international marketing programmes, working with internal teams, agencies and commercial partners.
Key responsibilities
* Support delivery of live campaigns across UEFA competitions and programmes, particularly Playmakers
* Coordinate with internal teams and agencies on deliverables
* Assist with coordination of approvals (brand, legal, stakeholders)
* Track campaign timelines and market activations
* Assist in preparing campaign production briefs and asset distribution
* Support localisation processes (markets, languages, distribution)
* Assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting
* Support evaluation of campaign performance and learnings
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's in marketing or another relevant field
Languages: English / Proficient
Other requirements:
* Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
* At ease with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Strong administrative skills, good communicator, highly organised and competent under pressure
