Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for global business development for the business area Battery Solutions
- Identification of opportunities and development of strategies to expand the market position
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, research institutions and industrial partners
- Analysis of requirements and development of customized solutions in collaboration with engineering
- Participation in process engineering trials and optimizations together with customers and lab specialists
- Participation in international events, trade fairs and conferences
- Development and presentation of technical solutions and business cases to potential customers
- Collaboration with internal and external teams to align business development initiatives with the strategy
- Monitoring market trends and competitive activities to derive strategic recommendations for future growth
Your Profil:
- Degree in chemistry, process engineering, materials science or nanotechnology (ETH/Uni/FH)
- Experience in sales or business development of capital goods, ideally in the battery industry
- Strong technical affinity and ability to understand and communicate complex process solutions
- Entrptreneurial and engaging personality
- Strong communication and presentation skills in an international environment
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
