Role Overview
The Head of Business Development will drive investor relationships, manage deal flow, support structuring processes, and act as the primary external face of the company. The location can be Switzerland / UK / UAE.
Key responsibilities include:
Originate and manage relationships with investors, corporate issuers, and partners
Drive pipeline development, qualification, and conversion
Act as key external representative of H Capital with stakeholders
Work closely with providers (administrators, auditors, paying agents, arrangers, lawyers)
Coordinate deal execution together with internal and external specialists
Build marketing materials, teasers, proposals, and investor communications
Support strategic growth initiatives and new product launches
This is a hands‑on role in a compact investment boutique. You will work directly with the founders and lead external communication and commercial activities across Europe, UK, Israel, and the GCC.
Candidate Profile
Experience
We are looking for someone who has experience in at least one of the following:
Alternative investments
Private banking / family offices / wealth management
Skills
Strong communication and relationship‑building
Investor‑facing confidence
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (providers, issuers, investors)
Familiarity with structuring concepts (not required to be a lawyer, but must understand flows)
Excellent English; additional languages (German, Hebrew, French) are an advantage
High reliability, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently
Personality
Professional, articulate, credible
Self‑driven and comfortable with boutique environments
Enjoys both origination and execution support
Able to manage deadlines, follow details, and maintain order in processes
Values trust and long‑term relationships
