Finance Operations Specialist
Location: Ticino, Switzerland (Hybrid).

Oliver James is working with a global financial technology and operations business that supports some of the world's leading banks and investment firms. Their focus is on simplifying and modernising investment services and they're now looking for someone with experience in banking or finance operations to join their corporate actions team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take a step into a leading fintech environment and build on their experience, while providing essential operational support to a fast-paced team.
What You'll Be Doing Tracking and processing key investment events
Booking of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
Sending instructions to custodians
Cash and stock reconciliation
Managing client and internal queries
What We're Looking For Strong English and German language skills
Excellent communication and organisational ability
A flexible approach and willingness to learn
Nice to Have Experience with corporate actions or financial operations
