Sales Professional Opportunity

This role involves enabling business continuity and providing operational support in managing and developing key accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining databases, processes, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Account Management

* Process weekly orders and participate in monthly meetings with clients
* Execute stock allocation authorized by demand planning, rebalance inventory as needed, and submit exceptional management orders according to procedure
* Manage information flow between clients and the company on repack management, including switching, ordering, and buffering for shortages
* Handle client product requests for free-of-charge (FOC) products and pre-series samples, coordinating with customer service for warehouse delivery


Tech Data Management

* Support key account managers (KAMs)/sales account managers (SAMs) with pricing tool implementation
* Prepare and submit necessary files for assortment management, novelty introduction, product information, repack follow-up, and pricing implementation, adhering to client-established formats
* Assist KAMs/SAMs with cluster implementation to clients and fields


GWP Management

* Oversee the GWP tool for the area, aligning with KAMs, SAMs, and marketing teams on strategy and scope for clients
* Manage delegated GWP budgets
* Submit GWP commitment plans for GWPs, samples, and pre-series


Analytics and Reporting

* Provide weekly sell-in reports, consolidating data for the area, and finalize monthly sell-in reports based on established formats
* Help the team obtain accurate and properly formatted sell-out numbers from clients and prepare a monthly sell-out reporting template for team comments and data consolidation
* Support data export from systems for business reviews, new launches presentations, and client meetings
* Track weekly Heisight forecasts versus actual orders
* Develop monthly activity plans


Novelties and Business Development

* Monitor all launches, ADs, OCDs, monthly and weekly sell-in trackers, and actual ordering by key airports, coordinating with clients and internally
* Client media requests: provide accounts with pack shots and relevant materials
* Support catalogs/marketing books/training, preparing customer templates and participating in novelty launch events
* Contribute/participate in business reviews and client presentations


Temporary Animations

* Act as primary point of contact and coordination with field supervisors across Europe for animation and launch plan matters
* Compile investment reports related to promotional staff, rentals, decoration, GWP, sampling, and animation/launch plan expenses
* Support KAMs analyzing monthly sales results and ROI of marketing activities, animations/promotions, and next year plan definition
* Follow up on invoicing and budget usage for temporary animations


Digital Channel Support

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure PUIG brand rollout across travel retailers' websites
* Manage upkeep of product descriptions and images on travel retailers' websites
* Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and other details related to PUIG brand image for a positive user experience
* Assist with digital marketing promotion decisions and online partnership with travel retailers
* Track brand evolution across travel retailers' websites (share of voice, sales, brilliant basics)


Your Qualifications

1. Experience in luxury and/or fragrance industries is highly valued
2. Education: degree in business administration or similar
3. Languages: fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset
4. Competencies:
* Excellent written and spoken communication
* Proven negotiation skills
* Able to work independently but collaboratively
* Solution-oriented approach
* Proficiency in office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), business systems (SAP, BIW)
