Platform Lead (m/f) Orthopaedics Joint Reconstruction - Switzerland
As the Platform Lead, you will be responsible for the local strategy, working closely with regional and global marketing teams and Regional Sales Managers in Switzerland. Your focus will include product launches, maintaining the current product portfolio, achieving sales and profitability targets, and planning and executing short-, medium-, and long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
* Deliver on P&L (OPEX and CAPEX) targets
* Collaborate with local sales teams; implement market insights into strategy
* Execute local Franchise Strategic Objectives
* Coordinate with regional (EMEA) and global marketing
* Manage portfolio: product launch (LEX), lifecycle, pricing, etc.
* Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and develop new business models
* Create sales support tools and digital solutions
* Forecast sales and manage inventory
* Shape and implement training strategies (Professional and Commercial Education)
* Ensure compliance with internal, legal, and external guidelines
Experience/Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
* Deep knowledge of the Swiss orthopedic and healthcare environment
* Ability to interact effectively with surgeons and healthcare professionals
* Experience translating clinical benefits into economic value
* Strong business management knowledge
* Proven project leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Results-oriented and solution-focused
* Team player with enthusiasm and passion
* Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented
* Confident presenter, proficient in IT/MS Office
* Fluent in German and English
