You will ensure the proper reception of orders and adhere rigorously to hygiene principles. In this role, you will have a varied scope including tasks such as the development of new dishes, supporting cocktail-type events, and more. Defined work hours will allow you to perform your job under optimal conditions and actively contribute to the success of the Nestlé restaurants.A day in the life of a Cuisinier-ière- Prepare and present hot and cold dishes, as well as participate in the proposed menu at the different kitchen posts.- Ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of prepared dishes.- Follow hygiene controls and implement corrective measures based on HACCP audits while maintaining high standards.- Manage the orders, receipt, and daily control of food products and supplies.- Propose, monitor, and control the measures defined by the establishment.- Carry out tasks related to tools such as the daily sales count of the dishes, email communication, attendance management, and more.- Support for events such as cocktails and more that will make your success.Profile- Degree in culinary arts; a specialty in pastry is a plus.- Proven experience as a cook in a relevant position; experience in a similar structure or a reputable restaurant is a plus.- Experience in a high-activity environment (800 covers per service) is preferred.- You are passionate about your profession and have an interest in innovations in the culinary field.- You respect hygiene standards and HACCP, prioritizing your safety and that of your colleagues.- Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office suite, ordering systems, etc.) and interested in tasks and teamwork.- Positive-minded, you contribute to a kind and benevolent team environment.- Autonomous, flexible, and versatile, you adapt to all kitchen positions as needed.- Resistant to stress and have good physical aptitude.- Fluent in French; mastery of English is a plus.Nestlé is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its recruitment process.
