Your Tasks
1. Processing technical enquiries and creating solutions in the role of first-level technical customer support, as well as dealing with customer complaints
2. Work in a global 24/7/365 operation (early and late shifts, as well as weekends and holidays)
3. Coordinate technical investigations with Pilatus engineering departments and assist with changes to existing and new technical documentation
4. Identify product improvements and initiate potential modifications, working in projects
5. Willingness to travel to customers and service centers to resolve complex issues or give hands-on training for new systems if necessary
With this you convince us
6. Technical background
7. Several years of experience in aircraft maintenance in either Mechanical Systems and Structural Design or Avionics and Electrical Systems, preferably for the PC-12 or PC-24
8. EASA B1/B2 and/or FAA A&P license or equivalent level of training (. military aviation maintenance qualified) is required
9. Knowledge of MS Office Tools, SAP and Troubleshooting tools. Spotlight is an advantage
10. Very good written and verbal skills in English, German is an advantage
11. High level of responsibility and structured approach
12. Good team player and customer-oriented personality
