For the Swiss entity of an important trading house providing global trading services for refined products and petrochemicals in Baar/Zug. This role is a unique opportunity to work within a modern, international corporation alongside industry experts.
Responsibilities
* Develop budgets, forecasts and long term financial plans to support business goal
* Monitor performance and prepare insightful reports to drive decision making
* Analyze financial results, track KPI’s and prepare monthly variance analysis
* Monitor and ensure compliance with internal reporting standard
* Identify opportunities for cost optimization across trading and operational activities
* Collaborate with management and trading teams to align objective
* Lead initiatives to streamline reporting and operational processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy
* Reporting directly to the CF
Requirements
* At least five years of professional experience in the field of business controlling ideally with commodity trading background
* Experience and skills in developing internal procedures
* Fluency in English
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
* Independence in the execution of tasks
* Business sense of responsibility
* Ability to draw on different perspectives
