We are seeking an experienced Key Account Director to join our team in Switzerland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through the acquisition of new institutional clients and expansion of the existing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and the fund ecosystem.
* Develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet clients' international payment needs and Forex requirements.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional FX markets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients.
About You:
* Proven experience in business development within FX, cross-border financial services, or corporate services/fund administration.
* Analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and verbal reasoning skills.
* Able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
* A demonstrated track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients.
* Fluent in German; proficiency in French is an asset.
