Your area of responsibility:
Leading and further developing a team of about 5 employees
Overall responsibility for all processes in the warehouse
Ensuring quantity, timing, quality, and correct storage location
Budget responsibility for the warehouse area
Continuous improvement of warehouse processes, order, and standards
Training employees and ensuring compliance with rules and guidelines within the framework of quality and safety systems
Responsibility for infrastructure and work equipment (e.g., industrial trucks)
Supporting management with investments, offers, and calculations
Active participation in daily business – from inventory, forklift driving to loading
Your profile:
Completed training and experience in warehouse logistics
Forklift license
Experience handling hazardous materials (optional hazardous materials officer)
Leadership experience in an operational environment
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Economic thinking
Hands‑on mentality and willingness to work operationally
Ideally experience in a manufacturing company
