Responsibilities
1. Lead the global Total Rewards strategy for CHI, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational culture
2. Partner with HR Leadership and HRBPs to deliver strategic and operational reward solutions across 3,500+ employees
3. Provide expert consultation on compensation, benefits, payroll, and global HR services to senior stakeholders
4. Drive pay transparency initiatives and embed a strong pay-for-performance culture
5. Manage compensation aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes, ensuring smooth integration
6. Oversee annual market benchmarking, salary structures, grading systems, and compliance with global/local regulations
7. Develop and implement communication and education tools for Total Rewards programs to enhance understanding and adoption
8. Recommend innovative reward solutions to attract, motivate, and retain top talent globally
9. Ensure governance and policy adherence, acting as a trusted advisor on interpretation and application
10. Lead and mentor a small team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Profile
11. Extensive HR Leadership Experience in progressive HR roles within multinational organizations
12. Total Rewards Expertise of hands-on experience in designing and executing global compensation and benefits strategies
13. Benefits Knowledge: managing benefits programs, including vendor and payroll integration
14. Payroll & Global Services: overseeing payroll operations and global HR service delivery
15. Project Management Excellence: Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in international environments
16. People Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing teams, including direct responsibility for at least two employees
17. Educational Background: Master’s degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance
18. Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical sector strongly preferred; Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or MedTech acceptable
19. Language Skills: English at full business fluency (mandatory); German is an advantage
20. Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a polished, professional style and ability to engage senior stakeholders
