Monitor growth potential in various product categories and align plans with long?term commercial objectives. Foster internal collaboration across different business functions to support overall organisational goals. Profile You speak German (C2) and English (C1). At least 5 years of sales experience within the healthcare or medical technology industry in the assigned region. Strong network among key stakeholders in pharmacies and hospitals. Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and deliver impactful commercial arguments. Experience in training or educating healthcare partners is an asset.
