Location: This position willbe located in Zug, Switzerland Role Summary Own the end to endproduct marketing charter for a digital building platform thatpowers autonomous building operations. Convert advancedcapabilities (Io T/OT data, AI/ML, analytics, APIs) into clear valuepropositions, commercial narratives, and field ready enablementthat drive pipeline, win rate, ARR, adoption, and expansion Yourresponsibilities Market & Strategy Act as the product lineexpert, defining ICP, segmentation, and market sizing. Gathercustomer, partner, and field insights to translate needs intoactionable GTM priorities Positioning & Narrative Developclear, persona-specific messaging for key stakeholders, tailor byindustry, validate with the field, and brief analysts to amplifythe story Commercialization Co-lead pricing, packaging, and releasereadiness, ensuring all stakeholders know what’s new and why itmatters Revenue Enablement Create sales tools, demos, and coachingprograms, delivering live demos and feeding field insights backinto messaging and roadmap Competitive Intelligence Monitor thecompetitive landscape and market signals, publish guidance, andleverage analyst input to strengthen positioning and strategy AI& Analytics Fluency Track relevant AI/analytics trends, createcredible use cases and benchmarks, and provide simple, impactfulfield-ready messaging and demos Your Profile - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field. MBA or advancedbusiness qualification is an advantage - 8–12 years in B2 B softwareproduct marketing, with 2–3 years operating at Senior PMM scope -Proven impact on pipeline, win rate, ARR/retention, andadoption/expansion, with specific examples linked to productlaunches, sales initiatives, or pricing and packaging changes - Befamiliar with building automation systems (BMS/BAS), HVAC controls,and common field instrumentation, and understand how theseenvironments connect to cloud‐based Saa S platforms through APIs andbasic data integration - Haver a grasp the business implications(security and interoperability expectations, time‐to‐value, andmeasurable outcomes) so you can turn them into clear value stories,demos, and sales plays - Strong cross-collaboration skills across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Training.
