We are seeking a
Raw Material Production Support Associate (Mitopure Ingredient)
to join our Regulatory and Quality teams based at our EPFL office in Lausanne, Switzerland. This role will report to the Vice President, Global Mitopure Production and Regulatory Affairs, with a dotted-line report to the Vice President, Global Quality and Safety.
What you'll be working on
* Engage with Mitopure Ingredient Production and Quality teams to ensure the proper supply and timely delivery of Mitopure Ingredient to support operational needs
* Support Mitopure Ingredient production and release, collecting required documentation to support release and coordinating with contractor logistics to ensure timely delivery to our contract warehouses.
* Oversee storage procedures, quarantine, inventory adjustments, and warehouse Mitopure stock maintenance. Support inspections, audits, and mock recalls.
* Generating necessary documentation for logistics, vendors, and accounting in Business Central Dynamics ERP
* Support in generating necessary documentation for customs clearance of Mitopure delivery such as EUL; USDA Statements, EORI N°s, TCSA Statements, etc.
* Assure batch traceability and manage stock in Business Central Dynamics ERP and cross check with actual stocks reported by our contract warehouses.
* Assist in accounting monthly and quarterly closings of inventory positions and ingredient movements
* Assist in the validation of our Mitopure manufacturers as approved suppliers to all our clients and finished products manufacturing partners.
* Working closely with Quality to facilitate the release of Mitopure stocks, including collecting supporting documentation and records.
* Coordinate with our logistic platform in Basel/Prateln for repacking and assist Quality in establishing appropriate documentation (COC, COA, TDS, SDS...).
* Assist in preparation of Amazentis versions of Certificates of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets.
* Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations including transport and distribution.
Your experience
* Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Fluent in English writing and spoken
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment, with a strong quality focus, preferably within the food or cosmetic industries.
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Willingness to travel, as required
* Self-starter, high-reactivity, able to work independently in a global team structure
* Capable of effectively communicating complex information to teams and management
* Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
* Experience in Business Central Dynamics or SAP is an asset
