Product Visionary
The Product Visionary will be responsible for developing and scaling the overall apparel product vision.
This role will define the next generation of our apparel product strategy, inspiring a fast-growing team to create extraordinary products that set us apart from competitors in performance running and luxury sportswear markets.
By partnering with key stakeholders in Design, Merchandising, Development, GTM, and Sales, this role will be pivotal in building the right product collections and strategy, connecting them to brand values and stories that elevate consumer experience and perception across verticals and engines.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Structure and organize our apparel product offering across verticals to enhance consumer perception, performance level, quality, price point relevance, and steer range decisions.
* Identify and develop product opportunities and collaborate with product leadership and key internal teams to realize them across ranges.
* Manage key collaborations to establish us as an authentic apparel brand.
* Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to create stories, messaging, campaigns, and drop calendars.
* Work with Design, Development, and Sourcing Operations to ensure adherence to creation calendars and timely delivery of products at expected standards.
* Coordinate with Merchandising, GTM, Key Account Managers, and DTC teams to ensure a smooth go-to-market process, reaching the right consumer at the right time within correct pricing architecture.
* Set expectations within the team for key milestone meetings and lead preparations for internal and external presentations.
* Build, nurture, and inspire a team of product managers by developing a diverse talent pipeline, empowering through coaching, and creating an environment of belonging and well-being.
* Develop a structured range of collections aligned with company priorities, managing the product strategy from briefing to handover to marketing and sales.
* Monitor demand, supply, strategic efficiency topics, and margins.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need a minimum of 9+ years of progressive experience in a fast-paced product company with a strong track record in product management, creation, merchandising, go-to-market, or sales. Your expertise should combine both fashion and performance/sports.
You should possess exceptional communication skills to lead through influence and articulate the apparel product strategy and vision to various stakeholders.
Able to manage PLM and other product systems, you will also have experience working with progressive and innovative consumer insights efforts.
