You will lead our software development and influence the technological landscape of our company. In doing so, you will manage a motivated team of about twenty and also contribute your technical and management expertise. You will take full responsibility for software development – technically, securely, and in terms of leadership. You will ensure the professional development of a team of about twenty engineers, make architectural decisions, define technology stacks, and ensure that development guidelines are clear and applied. You will ensure the success of our project implementations in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Management, Systems Engineers, and you are responsible for meeting deadlines and budgets within your area of responsibility. You encourage and promote a culture of agile and innovative development in a dynamic and proactive environment that characterizes you. Degree in engineering (EPFL, HES, Uni) Several years of experience (5 to 8 years) in leading and managing software development teams, ideally in an agile environment. In-depth knowledge in the development of solutions in Java, Oracle, and environments like IntelliJ, Maven, Git, modern software architectures, cloud technologies, and entrepreneurial spirit, along with excellent communication and enthusiastic leadership skills. Open to occasional travel to Zurich/St. Gallen. Very good command of French (C2) and German (C1), proficiency in English is an asset.
