We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Developer Consultant to help us expand our client base.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
1. Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
3. Participating in ad hoc events and exhibitions relevant to our business development
4. Conducting research to identify potential clients, new markets, and customer needs
5. Building long-term relationships with new customers
6. Gathering useful information from customer and competitor data
7. Promoting the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
8. Focusing on sales goals, keeping records of sales and revenue
9. Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow the business
Requirements
1. Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role
2. Effective presentation skills are valued
3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM (e.g., Hubspot)
4. Market knowledge
5. An existing portfolio of clients is highly valued
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills
7. Ability to build relationships
8. Time management and planning skills
9. Proficiency in German and English
