We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing data team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a scale‑up environment and enjoys structuring and managing BI platforms by implementing data governance principles to ensure consistency, reliability, and secure access.
As our data analyst, you will play a key role supporting Boostbar (our fast‑growing operator in Switzerland) as well as Boost inc’s technology teams. You will turn data into actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, sales, category management, and finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into robust analytical solutions.
* Serve as a bridge between business and data teams, gathering requirements, defining technical specs, and ensuring alignment throughout projects.
* Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support strategic and operational decision‑making across the organisation.
* Work with data and ML engineers to ensure data quality and to operationalise insights (e.g., forecasting, recommendations), while proactively identifying KPIs, trends, and growth opportunities through effective data storytelling.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong analytical background, with experience in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset) and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
* Skilled in managing dashboards as data products, ensuring quality, usability, and clear documentation.
* Excellent communicator, fluent in English, with a track record of collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams.
* Bonus points for Python skills, experience with cloud‑based platforms like Databricks, background in retail/FMCG/vending, and additional language proficiency (especially German or other European languages).
