QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
* Strong conceptual thinking in strategic branding and communications, with the ability to translate ideas effectively across multiple channels and implement them with impact
* Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Keynote
* UX/UI concept development experience (Figma)
* Skilled in simplifying complex ideas into clear visual narratives, with a background in agency or studio environments.
* Expert in using AI-tools.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work across multiple projects with different teams simultaneously.
* Holds a degree in Design, Communications, or a related field, with 5–7 years of motion and graphic design experience.
* Fluent in English and/or German, with solid communication in international settings. French is a plus.
* Brings a portfolio showcasing visual excellence and user-focused design.
* Demonstrates a high level of independence, efficiency, flexibility, and resilience under pressure.
