A well-established Swiss SME specialized in the development and construction of industrial heat treatment systems is seeking a talented Automation Engineer to strengthen its growing team. The company is internationally active, exporting high-quality, Swiss-engineered solutions worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the technical management team during the machine design process
* Prepare project cost estimates
* Develop automation programs and corresponding documentation
* Support commissioning activities in close collaboration with other departments
* Install and restart systems on customer sites, including user training
* Provide after-sales technical support (remote or on-site)
* Stay current with the latest technologies and automation trends
Your Profile
* Proven experience with Siemens TIA Portal and WinCC
* Solid background in industrial automation and electrical engineering
* Hands-on, autonomous, and team-oriented approach
* Strong industrial understanding and customer focus
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Languages: Fluent English and French required; German preferred (Italian or Spanish a plus)
