You have an analytical mindset, are autonomous, and can handle challenges. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position and a good level of English.Description:Your mission will be engaging and diverse:- Infrastructure: You will set up and maintain comprehensive infrastructures, from workstations to local and cloud servers, including applications.- IP Telephony: You will be responsible for maintaining current systems, providing support and assistance to our clients on the various solutions we offer, as well as taking care of new implementations.- Technical Support: You will be the first point of contact for support, providing remote or on-site assistance (level 1 and 2), ensuring the satisfaction and peace of mind of our clients.- Projects: You will actively participate in large-scale projects, where your expertise will be crucial in accomplishing important tasks.- Client Partner: You will play a key role in assisting our clients in managing their IT and providing them with quality service and personalized follow-up.Required Technical Knowledge:We are looking for an expert with proven skills in the following areas:- Networks (LAN, Wifi, Firewall)- IP Telephony Solutions (3CX, Teams, Peoplefone Hosted, Swisscom SCBH)- Cloud Solutions, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure- Windows Servers (Domain Controller, GPO, File Server)- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)Additional Technical Knowledge:If you have additional knowledge in the following areas, it is a real plus:- Fortinet, Aruba, Ubiquiti products- Veeam backup solutions- PRTGProfile Sought:To succeed in this journey, you should possess the following qualities:- Holder of a relevant degree (CFC HES or higher)- Experience: 3 years in a similar position- Languages: Proficiency in French and very good knowledge of English- Driver's LicenseYou are proactive, dynamic, service-oriented, and you have excellent interpersonal skills and a good working relationship.
