Responsibilities
 * Designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions tailored to client goals
 * Leading workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and solution designs
 * Advising clients on CRM strategy, data architecture, and process optimisation
 * Supporting multi‑cloud Salesforce projects and ensuring alignment between business and technology
 * Collaborating with development, UX/design, and content teams (onsite and/or offshore)
 * Preparing and presenting solution proposals, demos, and documentation
 * Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
 * Promoting reusability and scalability of solution components across engagements
 * Staying current with Salesforce product releases and industry trends
 * Supporting change management and adoption strategies for client teams
Qualifications
 * Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations
 * Salesforce certifications are a strong plus (e.g. Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud, Administrator, Platform App Builder)
 * Experience in client‑facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills
 * Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and project management tools
 * Fluency in French and English
 * Experience working in international and cross‑functional teams is a plus
 * Onsite presence in Geneva is required
