In the real estate sector, we connect millions of property seekers with the right listings every year. People find their new homes through our platform, while real estate agencies and property managers gain access to a large and highly relevant audience.
To further grow our real estate portal, we are strengthening our collaboration with real estate agencies and property management companies in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and expanding our network of partners.
And this is where you come in.
What you will do
In this role, you will play a key part in growing our real estate portal. You will win new real estate agencies and property management companies as partners for comparis.ch, strengthen existing relationships, and successfully position our solutions in the market.
You will take ownership of the entire sales cycle – from the first contact and contract negotiations to developing long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities
* Acquire new real estate agencies and property management companies for our real estate portal.
* Build and manage your own sales pipeline, turning new leads into long-term partnerships.
* Work with clients across the German-speaking part of Switzerland – often SMEs in the real estate industry.
* Present our solutions convincingly, both remotely and on-site.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from new business acquisition to upselling and expanding existing partnerships.
* Identify market potential and uncover new business opportunities in the real estate market.
* Collaborate closely with our Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to further develop our offerings in the market.

What we expect
What we expect from you
* Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a digital environment, on platforms, or within the real estate market.
* You enjoy active new business development and building long-term client relationships.
* You feel comfortable in direct customer interactions and stand out through strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience working with small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) is a plus.
* You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way, taking ownership of your pipeline and results.
* You feel comfortable in a dynamic, growing environment where processes are continuously evolving, and you adapt flexibly to change.
* Very good German language skills; Swiss German is an advantage.
* Good English skills for internal collaboration; French or Italian are a plus.
Nice to have
* Experience in the real estate market or working with real estate agencies and property management companies.
* Experience selling digital platforms, marketplaces, or online services.
* Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market.
