Responsibilities:
1. Manage consulting and software development projects: Lead negotiations, planning, implementation, and management of IT projects in public administration, focusing on developing and managing project teams efficiently.
2. Take responsibility: Manage project budgets, schedules, and costs effectively.
3. Lead project teams: Guide large teams, optimize resource utilization, and ensure quality and testing standards are met.
4. Interface management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Customer development and presales: Support sales activities, develop strategic customer relationships, and assist in presales processes.
Qualifications:
1. Project management experience: Proven experience in managing multiple projects, especially in the public sector, with team leadership skills.
2. Early warning system experience: Knowledge of project controlling and risk management in large software projects.
3. Quality and test management: Extensive experience in quality assurance and testing within software development projects.
4. Presales experience: Skilled in engaging decision-makers and supporting presales activities.
5. Certification: Hermes Advanced certification required.
6. Language skills and flexibility: Fluent in French, proficient in English, with willingness to travel as needed.
