Today, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager for our client based in Avry, in the canton of Fribourg.
This position is part of an international environment.
Your Role:
* Supervise and ensure the proper operation of technical environments: Active Directory, Azure, Entra AD, virtualization (VMWare), SD-WAN technologies, and storage solutions.
* Lead and manage an international and multicultural team of IT experts, fostering cohesion and collective performance.
* Balance management responsibilities (≈ 60%) with technical leadership/mentorship (≈ 40%): support teams, drive skills development, and promote best practices.
* Drive transformation initiatives, technological development, and change management in a constantly evolving multi-technology environment.
* Report directly to the Group CIO, providing clear and structured insights into performance, roadmap, and service objectives.
You:
* Proven experience managing complex, multi-technology IT infrastructures, ideally in an international environment.
* Hands‑on expertise with Active Directory, Azure, Entra AD, VMWare, SD‑WAN, and storage technologies (NAS/SAN or equivalent).
* Solid experience managing and developing multinational/multicultural teams.
* Strong leadership, mentoring abilities, and technical coaching skills.
* ITIL V3/V4 certification is a strong asset.
* Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation, change management, and collective performance initiatives.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to report seamlessly to executive management.
* Fluent English (C1 level) required.
