You install, maintain, update, troubleshoot, and repair the equipment used in the schools: desktops and laptops (Windows and macOS), screens, peripherals, audiovisual equipment, deploy the standard and professional software used in an industrialized manner, provide quality support to teachers and students, and establish procedures to facilitate the resources provided. You keep the inventory continuously updated and follow up on support tickets for the managed institutions.
