Area Sales Manager Switzerland – Sports & Athletic
Our client is a Swiss company that provides technical solutions for the sports industry.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager to develop and manage the Swiss market.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners in the sports industry across Switzerland
* Provide technical consulting and support to partners for project-related requirements
* Identify and follow up on tenders as well as long-term development projects
* Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
* Collaborate closely with internal departments (R&D, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure customized customer solutions
* Monitor the market, report on sales pipeline activities, and provide feedback on customer insights
Your Profile
* Proven sales experience in technical sales
* A background in competitive sports – e.g., as a former athlete – is a strong advantage
* Fluent in Swiss German, French, and English (business level)
* Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented work style
* Willing to travel across Switzerland
