Personal Assistant - Maternity Cover (9 months)Nickel and Chrome Ore DepartmentWe are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support one of our Senior Executives based at our headquarters in Baar. If you have an interest in well-structured work in a diverse environment, this is the ideal role for you.The main tasks and responsibilitiesOrganization of meetings, conferences and events as well as arranging and coordinating schedulesFacilitating travel arrangements including flight schedules, visa requirements, accommodation and transfer bookings for the functional leads and for visitors as requiredPreparation of regular reports, such as expenses, minutes of meetings and communication materialsGeneral administrative tasks such as invoice management and processing, preparing memos and other correspondenceManagement of schedules and calendarsFielding incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence such as mailMaintenance of certain databasesOnboarding of new team membersOur ideal personAble to work in a diverse, as well as innovative and performance-oriented environmentProactive working styleHigh level of confidentialityEfficient and well-organized working skillsPositive, solution-oriented attitude with a high ability to adapt in a constantly changing environmentA collaborative partner with a well-organized, flexible work attitude and discrete behaviourAdvanced proficiency in the use of using MS Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and DocuSign) and knowledge of working with SAPMinimum requirementsA solid educational backgroundWith prior experience working in Administration in an international and multicultural environmentFluent in English (corporate language)Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EUBenefitsWe are committed to providing benefits, which promote mental, physical, and financial well-being.
